Our bakery specializes in artisan European style breads. Every one of our breads is hand crafted. We also use a secret sourdough recipe created by an Austrian Master Chef, which is the key ingredient to our one of a kind European style line of breads. We offer German, Polish, Russian and Italian rye and wheat breads, as well as rolls, Bavarian pretzels and sweet breads.
